The Eighth Grade vs. Staff Team Basketball Game

The annual staff-student basketball game is between the eighth graders on the basketball teams and participating EMS staff team. It usually takes place on the Friday before February break. Each year, this game is highly anticipated for staff and students alike. The winning team varies every year since we have different 8th graders each year.

This year the basketball game was postponed this year due to not enough staff signing up. The game has been postponed until before April break.

The staff-student basketball game is an annual tradition that has been going on for fifteen years straight! Each game usually lasts about 1-2 hours. Over the past couple years, the dodgeball finals have took place at halftime, and the cheer team also performs at that time.
